Unlike most restaurants and food eateries who simply use off the shelf solutions to prepare their food, we go the extra mile. We make our sauces in-house.

Made in small batches every other day without preservatives and other unnatural additives that are normally found in commercial sauces used elsewhere in the food industry.

However, it is best we list out below what is found in our ingredients we use to make your food. Highlighted items can cause allergies to some people.

1) Vegetable Tempura - Contains Gluten from wheat flour we use.
2) Vegetable Spring rolls - Contains Gluten from the pastry we use.
3) Sweet Corn Cake - Contains Gluten from wheat flour we use.
4) Duck Spring Rolls - Contains Gluten from pastry we use.
5) Chicken Satay - Contains Peanuts in satay sauce we supply separately.
6) Prawn Cakes - Contains Prawns as main ingredients.
7) Prawn Tempura - Contains Prawns & Gluten from the wheat flour batter.
8) Prawn Toast - Contains Prawns, Gluten from wheat flour bread  & Sesame Seeds.
9) Chicken Lettuce Wrap - Contains Gluten from wheat flour nest item is served in.
                                       Soy sauce used in stir fry to make this dish & Celery.
10) Mixed Seafood Lettuce Wrap - Contains Gluten from wheat flour nest, Soy sauce in stir fry, Celery, Prawns & Squid.
11) Vegetable Lettuce Wrap - Contains Gluten from wheat flour next, Celery, Soy sauce.
12) Siam Mixed Platter - Gluten from wheat flour batter. Prawns & Peanuts
from satay sauce served separately.
